New old stock. Brown bakelite single push button cover made by Sierra Electric Corp. It has a striped design along the middle section. The cover measures 4 1/2″l x 2 3/4″w. with a 3/8″diam hole in the middle for the push button. It is attached by two screws (not included). The plate is marked on the back Sierra Electric Corp, Gardena Calif. Made in U.S.A. Pat. App For.
