As a small, family-operated business with a bustling brick-and-mortar store, we work hard to keep our website updated, but we can’t always guarantee item availability in real time. If you’re interested in a particular item, we recommend placing an order through our website or giving us a call to verify availability.
When you place an order online, please note that you won’t be charged immediately. If the item is available, we will send a PayPal invoice to the contact email provided. Payment can be made securely through PayPal, and you don’t need a PayPal account to complete the transaction—credit card and Venmo options are available via the invoice.
We aim to send invoices within a few hours of receiving your order, so keep an eye on your inbox. Once the invoice is sent, the item will be reserved for you for up to two weeks. If payment isn’t received within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and the item will be returned to inventory. You’re welcome to re-order if it’s still available, but prompt payment helps us keep the process smooth and efficient.
Shipping
Our shipping capabilities are limited due to the unique nature of our items. We generally ship non-fragile items that fit within standard-size boxes or envelopes via USPS. Each item’s description will note if it is eligible for shipping, and we will confirm shipping costs in the PayPal invoice once availability is verified. We aim to offer you the best possible rate, so please understand that shipping is calculated post-order.
Shipping typically takes 2-4 days within the continental U.S. using the lowest-priced USPS option, though we can arrange expedited shipping if needed. For smaller items like handles and knobs, we use a 6 x 10″ bubble mailer. Larger items are packaged according to size, and we combine items when possible to minimize shipping costs. Please note, minimum shipping costs start around $4, so bundling smaller items can be more economical.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days, provided it’s in the same condition as received. Here’s a quick overview of our policy:
- Return Window: 30 days from receipt.
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval and issue a refund via your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
