Hoosier hardware
Hardware such as latches, knobs, or hinges made specifically for a Hoosier type cabinet. The hinges are often uniquely offset at an angle and many of the knobs featured threaded bases.
A type of kitchen cabinet that was used in the early 20th century which had storage and a countertop workspace. Although the term originated from the Hoosier Manufacturing Company to refer to their cabinetry, it has been widened to include any cabinet of this type.
