1949 Ford Hood Ornament
New old stock- never been used! 1949 chrome and lucite hood ornament. Great Art Deco styling with sleek swooping movement, A lucite “mohawk” protrudes from the front medallion. The hood ornament is chromed. It measures 11 1/4″l x 1 1/4″w x 4 1/2″h. The bottom is marked 7981. This specific ornament was only used for one year. In the 1950 model the lucite piece was modified. Pristine condition!
