Bronze Oval Bead Pattern Doorknob

Single bronze oval doorknob with basic bead pattern at the rim. Possibly Russell and Erwin Wayne design. It has somewhat pointed ends on the middle and a texture behind the beads. This pattern of doorknob was made by most companies with slight variations and were used as a “step up” from basic hardware. The knob measures 2 1/2″h x 1 1/2″w. It has an offset hole on the neck so should not need a special lock box or doorknob shaft to sit upright.  The knob fits on a standard size square non-threaded shaft.

This Oval Doorknob is an antique item and may show wear due to age. This may include scratches, pitting, patina, finish loss, rust or other general wear. We attempt to include any significant damage beyond regular wear within the description.
