Dexter Lock Door Plate Bakelite

Black bakelite door plate made by Dexter Lifetime Locks. Cir. 1943. The door plate features art deco styling with architectural shaping. The door plate measures 6″h x 1 3/4″w. An interesting feature of Dexter door plates- they have a third attachment hole in the center of the plate.

There is an additional plate available with some damage to the cup area that is not counted in the inventory. The damage should not affect the functionality. It is available at a discounted price. Please let us know if you are interested in the damaged plate.
