Ribbed Double Outlet Cover by Uniline

Off-white bakelite double outlet cover made by Uniline. It has a stripe/ribbed design most of the front, with small panels on either side. The cover measures 4 1/2″h x 4 1/2″w. It is attached by two screws. The plate is marked on the back Uniline Reg. U.S. Pat. Off.  Made in U.S.A. UL P & S Patent Des. 154372.
