National Brass Co.
The National Brass Company was founded in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1909 by Louis A. Dexter Sr. It manufactured various door and cabinet and furniture hardware including knobs, handles, door plates and hinges. Dexter was a subsidiary of National Brass Co. The company was sold to Master lock in 1985 and dissolved in 1991.
