Closet Safety Spindle

Doorknob shaft with a fixed thumbturn latch on one end and threading on the other end. Made for doors such as closets and pantry doors that may not need a doorknob on the inside, but they might need something to grab onto just in case you get stuck inside. The shaft is a standard sized shaft with 2″ of threading. The total shaft length from the base of the thumbturn is 3 1/4″. The thumbturn is steel with a bronze finish.

Let us know if you would like a doorknob for the other end. We have lots of options! It is usually best to try and match these things while we have them in hand, as threading can sometimes vary. Some metal doorknobs and most glass doorknobs are threaded.
