Corbin Cabinet Lock Co Key

A skeleton key with a flat shaft made by Corbin Cabinet Lock Co. This company was a subsidiary of Corbin Hardware. They made keys for cabinets, furniture and trunks. The key is marked C. C. L. Co. New Britain CT. on both sides of the shaft.  The key measures 2 1/4″ total length with a 5/8″l pin (insert). The pin is solid barrel. The bit measures 12.4mm high from the top of the pin. It has a larger notch at the forward and and a small notch at the back end.
