Eagle Lock Furniture Key 22

Barrel type furniture key by Eagle Lock Co. Marked Eagle Lock Co. on the top on one side and  22 on the reverse. This type of key appears in the catalogues for use on roll top desks and chests, but was potentially used on other types of furniture. The key measures 1 1/2″l with a 7/8″ long barrel. The barrel measures about 3/16″diam inside, 1/4″diam on the outside. The bit measures 3/8″l form the top of the barrel. It is a downward facing bit with 3 stepped ridges along the inside.
