Earle Blandon Door Plate
Earle Hardware door face plate in art deco style. “Blandon” design. It features a unique narrow profile with architectural as well as geometric shaping. Cir. 1933-1935. The door plate is made of wrought steel with a bronze finish. The plate measures 7 1/4″l x 1 3/8″w.

Earle Hardware Manufacturing Company produced hardware of various types in the 1920’s and 30’s. Located in Los Angeles, California they focused mainly on American and Spanish Colonial styles. Their hardware was also used by a number of notable architects who specialized in these styles at the time.
