Norwalk Arcola Doorknob
Wrought steel semi-decorative doorknob made by Norwalk. Cir. 1926-1935. It features a concentric border with 4 “straps”. Steel color with some patina. The knob measures 2 1/4″diam. It takes a standard non-threaded square shaft.
If you need a set put together with a shaft please let us know. We can add a shaft and screws for an additional $5.

Norwalk
Norwalk Lock Company began under the leadership of Ebenezer Hill in 1865. It was located in Norwalk, CT. They manufactured locks, keys, builders hardware and apple peelers. In 1864, after the purchase of a steam pump company, it became Norwalk Iron Works. The Segal Lock and Hardware Company acquired Norwalk in 1929.
