Sargent Skeleton Key 2
Skeleton key made by Sargent for use with doors. It is marked Sargent 2 on the top of one side. The key measures 2 5/8″l with a 5/8″ long pin (insert). It has notches on each side near the top and a very small notch at the bottom middle. There is a groove running along the left side very close to the bottom. The pin measures 1.5mm high from the top.
Some rust residue, but this should not affect functionality.

Sargent
Sargent Manufacturing was founded in 1857 in New Britain, Ct. by brothers Joseph, George and Edward Sargent. In 1864 they moved to New Haven, CT. They were a distributor for the Mallory Wheeler Company up until about 1882. Sargent Lock continues today under the ownership of Assa Abloy.
