Trunk Key B51

Barrel type furniture key marked B51. This type of key appears in the catalogues for use on roll top desks and chests, but was also used for other types of furniture and trunks.  No makers mark. This one came with a tag that reads “trunk”, so we can assume this key originally went with a trunk. The key measures 1 1/2″l with a 3/4″ long barrel. The barrel measures about 1/4″diam. The bit measures 3/8″l from the top of the barrel,
