Penn Gerard Doorknob Set

Decorative doorknob set- Gerard by Penn. Cir. 1915. Made of wrought steel . The doorknobs feature a fivefold acanthus leaf design around the outside edge. The knobs measure 2 1/4″diam. They come complete with an adjustable square shaft that fits doors between 1 5/8″-2 5/8″ thick (measured without door plates/escutcheons). If a different sized shaft is needed please let us know. We may be able to swap out.

The knobs originally had a brass finish. One knob has lost most of the finish to reveal the steel beneath. It has some rust residue over a good amount of the surface. The other knob retains most of its brass finish.
