Sargent Radial Door Plate

Art Deco style door face plate. Made of wrought steel with a bronze finish.  “Radial” Design by Sargent & Co. Cir. 1926. The door plate measures 6 1/8″h x 1 7/8″w.

This Sargent Radial Door Plate is an antique or salvaged item and may show wear due to age. This may include scratches, pitting, patina, finish loss, rust or other general wear. Sargent

Sargent Manufacturing was founded in 1857 in New Britain, Ct. by brothers Joseph, George and Edward Sargent. In 1864 they moved to New Haven, CT. They were a distributor for the Mallory Wheeler Company up until about 1882. Sargent Lock continues today under the ownership of Assa Abloy.
