Brown bakelite double outlet cover made by Snapit. It has a stripe/ribbed design most of the front, with small panels on either side. The cover measures 4 1/2″h x 4 1/2″w. It is attached by two screws (included). This is a new old stock piece, still in original packaging. Catalogue number 12549.
