Handle 265

Victorian era cast brass decorative handle with bail with wreath and floral motifs. The bail is a separate piece attached into fixed eyelets. The bail is decorative also. The back of the plate appears to be marked KB Co. (Keeler Brass CO) 10002. The handle measures 4 1/2″l x 2 3/4″h. It has a 3″ center to center distance for mounting screws.

This Handle 265 is an antique or salvaged item and may show wear due to age. This may include scratches, pitting, patina, finish loss, rust or other general wear. Keeler Brass Co.

Keeler Brass Company began in 1873 under the management of 3 brothers. It produced mainly furniture hardware, but also developed a few brass parts for the Model T vehicle. In 1921, they expanded to producing wood screws as well as hardware. They still produce American made furniture hardware today.
